Anyone can submit a local event to our Online Events Calendar.
Must be an event happening in the Las Cruces or Mesilla.
How to Add Your Event Free
1. Register
Click here to register (or login). It’s quick and easy.

2. Add Your Event Information
Add as much information as you can for the event, the more the better.
Photos
Images: The ideal aspect ratio is 7:5, with min width of 700 pixels.
Example: 700x500px, 1400x1000px, etc. JPEG and PNG images supported.
Note: Image size is different than most social media posts so resize your image for the best views.
If you need help with images let me know and I am happy to help.
3. Submit Your Event
When you get finished just click the Submit and Finish button.

4. Add Your Event

Note: Add 2-3 categories only for best results in the search. Correct categories are important!
Note: All Events Need Final Approval. After you submit your event it will not go live until after it has been reviewed and approved it.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there a Charge to add my event? There is no charge to add your event to our events calendar.
- If I add my event to the Calendar will it also be added to the Newsletter? We can’t promise that we can add all events to the newsletter because of limited space. But we will review the calendar before publishing any issue and add any events that we feel are a good fit for the newsletter.
- Can I edit my event details if I need to? Yes you can edit your event details at any time. Just note that when you edit your event it will go through the same approval process.
